Introduction

It is a paradox situation in the USA that for example Mac Donald’s has to make a warning on their coffee cup “Be careful, the coffee might be hot” because someone has successfully sued them for burning his tongue.

However on the other side you are not warned when you enter a US hospital :

1. That you have a great risk of being misdiagnosed and consequently mistreated by one of the licensed medical doctors there and be one of the 198 thousand Americans that die each year as a result.(AMA publication)
2. That you run a great risk here to be one of the 99 thousand Americans that die each year from contracting an infection in a US Hospital that they did not have when entering it. (This is twice as many people as die in car accidents in the USA per year)

Now guess who is behind the fact that these things are not handled the same way that hot coffee is.

It’s the same lobby that has now started to publish almost on a weekly basis “The Horrors of Energy Medicine and particularly the QXCI” in the Seattle Times triggering the Law Makers and FDA into action to even go as far as asking the Hungarian government to hand over Bill Nelson. So he is treated on the same level as a terrorist. You know Bill is not a friend of mine and he incorporates certainly a lot of contradictions as every charismatic person does but I don’t want him or me to go the same route that Wilhelm Reich, whom I consider the founder of Energy Medicine had to go almost to the month 50 years ago (www.energy-medicine.info/4).

Anyway we are at a crossroad, a typical DLE (Dynamic Labile Equilibrium) situation and as with every true DLE it can go both ways. Either we fall back decades in our possibility to offer alternatives to the conventional drug therapy or we make a big step forward. And remember all this applies only to the USA as all other nations are much more open and free in this regard because they don’t have such a strong pharma lobby.

I often hear the question “Weather it is not more safe to use only an informational modality like the Inergetix CoRe Informational System CIS because with this certainly nobody can argue that you could do any harm because you did not apply any electrodes or other energy”?

Here I have to warn that such kind of attitude is very naïve because nobody has ever been harmed even by applying the highest amplitude of the energetic part of our Inergetix CoRe System which is 12 Volt, the voltage of simple batteries (cow fences that might be touched by anyone usually carry a few thousand Volt in comparison).

Where practitioners may and have come into trouble is if they accept a client that come with a more serious disease and then the disease progresses in a way that the person dies or at least finds the energy to blame and sue the practitioner for his situation. For courts it is usually of no concern if the disease of the client in fact could have altered by conventional medicine or not…”IN DOUBT conventional medicine is considered to be the superior medicine” and treatment that is delaying the time (no matter weather herbs or energy medicine) until a client comes to the TRUE MEDICINE it is considered a fault of the particular practitioner.

In addition usually it is worse if a practitioner is acting outside his field of licensing, which in fact is always the case because there is no established licensing for any energy-modality and all the available certifications and degree program are of no value when it come to a court situation. So my best advice for every user in the United States, the “Land of the Free and the Brave”, is not to accept people with life threatening conditions, no matter how much you would like to help them and not to accept clients where your intuition tells you that they are the people that may sue you because “The Coffee was hot”.

This “Disclaimer” will be a bit longer than the usual “Be aware that we are not treating or diagnosing any disease” because the true situation is more complex than that and the following is our point of view on it:

There are 3 major points that we have to consider:

1. In Modern Medicine, even after 200 years of successful therapeutic use of Homeopathy, which today is the medicine of choice for millions of people, the modality is considered just a placebo and in some states even a medical doctor can lose his license if he uses it.
2. In Modern Medicine diseases are diagnosed using the most sophisticated energetic modalities, such as X-Ray, EEG, ECG, MRI, Thermography, Ultrasound. However, paradoxically Energy is only used in the most crude forms for therapy, such as in Radiation therapy, Lithotripsy, or cutting with Laser.
3. In Modern Medicine we have the knowledge that in every part of the body we can measure different potentials of electric and magnetic field strength (otherwise MRI for example would not be possible) and with sensitive spectrometers we can even trace photons that are generated by cell activity, but paradoxically there is no concept of energy medicine, just as if a car mechanic could do his work without knowledge of electricity.
4. Despite the fact that we do not know any complex modern machine that would work without software, medicine today is not even considering the existence of software in the functioning of biological systems and therefore also does not research software bugs as the reason for disease. The concept of Informational Medicine is not even part of the study of medical schools or the database of the FDA.

In the field of alternative medicine we find the best and the worst very close to each other and a much higher degree of responsibility is necessary for the interested therapist as well as the client in making his choices. That is so because there is still lacking the peer pressure that results from there being enough competition, such as there is in established medicine where a much larger number of practitioners and researchers is checking on each other and thus guarantees a much more even standard of quality.

In general we can recommend that for those who want certainty and fool-proof solutions this is not the field they should get involved with, no matter how clever marketing people want to prove the total scientific basis of their methods or the certainty of beneficial results. The first people who went on a ship destined for the new world of America knew that they were taking a chance but those were the people that founded the “Land of the brave and the free”. Let’s not deviate from this principle in a field where it truly matters, that of health.

At Inergetix we try to be as open about the basis and prospects of energy and informational medicine as possible. We do not pretend that our system works on new forms of energy like Tachyon-, Scalar-, Psi-, Hado-, Chi-, Ki-, Alpha-energy and that it is not based on advanced scientific concepts like Morphological-,Nonlinear-, Vacuum-, Zeroenergy-, Trivector, or Quantum-fields or one of the countless other word inventions, that none of the other companies has found a way to explain in practice.

On the contrary, we simply explain that the informational data-acquisition is based on the statistical analysis of random events and that by the search for repeating patterns and not only those of hyperbolic-logarithmic proportions as in Global Scaling (http://www.raum-energie-forschung.de/en/index.php) the holographic nature of all existence is uncovered and can be used for comparison and evaluation of coincidences. We do not hide the fact that the same process is applied by the brain of trained psychics in the reading of otherwise-considered “random” patterns such as those of the palm, the iris, the foot, the blood, or any other part of the body.

As in every other field of life, here too there are many people who want to benefit from the suffering of others by selling their medicine, devices, or therapies without proper warning about the widely unknown success rate, or the non-comparable nature of the methods and theories involved in comparison to that of established science. Also newspapers are no different as they also try to benefit from the suffering of others, but should we therefore banish newspapers? Where there is a lot of light there will always be a lot of darkness.

The FDA on the other hand is not designed to be an independent research organization and as such just represents the knowledge of medical schools (FDA.org). Devices like “Bioresonance” that have been in use for half a century in all counties of the world by thousands of practitioners do not even exist as a device-category in the vast database of the FDA. (Which on the other hand is indirect proof of the harmlessness of this and other modalities as in comparison almost every known drug is recorded there with their most disastrous side-effects in individual cases).

The terrible examples listed in some newspaper articles presents a selection of examples of patients who did not use their common sense to see the validity of claims made, of therapists who were misleading their clients by presenting their method as a panacea and by manufacturers who were feasting on the contemporary religious belief in scientific terminology.

Having said all this, we come back to were we started; that we have to be aware and make others aware that this area still forms the edge of contemporary science and world view and that it is not for everyone to get involved in – an informed choice needs to be made that cannot be made by anyone else.

Also to give you an even greater choice in this respect, we are offering 3 versions:

1. The CIS, which is the standalone version of the Informational evaluation and balancing part of our Inergetix-CoRe system. With this, certainly, nobody can tell or prove that you were doing any harm with a computer program alone, if you observe the linguistic rules on our guideline page below.

However Rife and its devices have been at times the target of FDA investigations, however to my knowledge not because they did any harm (can you imagine what harm can be done by the output of a 12 Volt car battery?) but by therapists who thought they are GOD and can treat and cure anything, misrepresenting their skills or persuading their clients to stop other forms of treatment.
