I have been practicing Holistic therapies since the year 2000.My journey or story of transformation began in 1999 when, after going through a series of trials, tribulations and traumas. With no purpose to live, highly stressed mentally, emotionally and physically, I hit my rock bottom, lifted my hand, said a prayer and asked for help and guidance. I received information on the radio about a Holistic massage, Aromatherapy, Life skills and personal growth course and from there on have never looked back. What I have learnt in these past 8 years, have never been able to in the 32 years that I have existed. But I do believe in the concept of Divine timing and everything happens for a reason, so I was meant to go through these experiences to prepare me for where I am today. Weight is also something I struggled with all my life, but when I realized that it was only a symptom of a deeper underlying problem and coupled with the genetic inheritance, I managed to lose 45kg over 2 years and have been able to maintain the weight for over a year now.
I strongly believe that one has to be a living example for remaining healthy and my vision and purpose is to empower people to do the same. Everybody was born with this gift and innate ability to heal themselves but requires the help, assistance, knowledge and the right information to finding that Dynamic Labile Equilibrium. The CoRe Inergetix is one of the tools I use in conjunction with the experience I have in the field of Holistic treatment in bringing about Health & Healing.
The major aspect of Health is in Spiritual Development because to optimize health we have to remember the definition of health covers all levels not just physical disease such as pain and symptoms of nausea and discomfort, it includes the emotional state the phsycological state, the belief systems, the management of stress within the general functions of the brain. When we can resolve past emotional traumas and things like that then we can programme the body so it can handle stress in a far more effective and far more practicle way. Also it gives clarity of thought, it gives improved well being in personal development and of course it gets us more in touch with the subtle aspects of ourselves including our right brain or spiritual side.

Hypnotherapy is an education communication process that allows a person’s conscious and subconscious mind to believe the same message. During hypnosis the body and conscious mind are in a relaxed neutral state while the subconscious mind remains awake and receptive to suggestions. In this state, the persons suspends critical judgment and exercises selective thinking. A Hypnotherapist will therefore assists you in changing bad habits, behaviours, and self image exactly as you desire. The computer is very similar to that of the human mind. Whatever you programme into your mind will be the consequent resultant.
Aromatherapy is defined as “treatment using scents and odours”. Applying essential oils to the body in the form of Massaging also aids in healing. Aromatherapy does not claim to cure any serious illness. Their curative power resides in four basic functions; Antimicrobial action, Pharmacological action, Anti-stress action, Miscellaneous action.
Reflexology is a method for activating the healing powers of the body, by stimulating reflexes on the feet. Why the feet? We live in a holographic universe. The energy, information, knowledge and wisdom of the All Life is contained in every cell and particle. Everyday physicists are discovering just how interrelated the cosmos really is, and yet these discoveries would be considered old news to the mystics and seers of the past and present. The feet are a perfect microcosm or mini map of the whole body. By stimulating the feet reflexologists are able to bring about relief holisticly.
Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing. Crystals have been used for thousands of years for decoration, physical adornment, healing, protection, magic, and in religious ceremonies. They are the most organized and stable examples of physical matter in the natural world and as such they represent the lowest state of entropy (disorder) possible.
Chakras are funnel-shaped spinning vortexes of multicoloured light. The health of your Chakras is important for the health of your mind, body and spirit – your psyche. This healing technique helps you to correct overactivity or underactivity in the flow of the subtle energies.
Metamorphosis means transformation or change and healing from the inside out. It is a means of re-educating the unconscious mind by eliminating deeply seated influences of genetic or karmic and other sources of imbalance or stress patterns formed at conception which continue to accumulate throughout life. Meta is a self healing art and it is not a medical approach, and does not claim to heal medically. It is more than an energy healing modality. Meta permanently changes the trauma in the cell memory. Trauma and experiences long forgotten or suppressed, which are stored in our cell memory leave us powerless and debilitated. By using meta the intellect is bypassed as well as the symptomatic disturbances, accessing the core issue which allows healing to take place on a cellular level.
