A minha maneira de estar na vida é também a forma como faço todos os meus negócios. De braços abertos a todos e totalmente honesto e sincero. As portas da minha clínica estão abertas a quem quiser. As pessoas que trabalham comigo são como uma família e os laços que nos unem são super fortes.
O que vos posso dizer em relação a comprar um sistema CoRe comigo, é que não só todas as duvidas serão respondidas bem como o apoio estarão disponíveis, mas será um prazer que se juntem a nós e a esta Familia. Este sentido de união que se sente e respira não pode ser negado por ser tão honesto.

Toda a minha abordagem a cura se baseia no meu próprio estilo de vida. Torna-se complicado não o fazer quando desde os 8 anos de idade fazemos pequenos milagres todos os dias.
Desde os 8 anos de idade que instintivamente sabia quando alguém estava mal com dores, em especial a nível ósseo/articular, e já com essa idade era capaz de manipular a articulação de maneira a que ficasse bem. Dai a seguir Fisioterapia não foi uma escolha difícil. Chegando ao Fim do curso e sem respostas para o que já instintivamente fazia especializei-me em Osteopatia por ser o que de mais perto havia para explicar o que já fazia.
Abri a minha clínica e sempre ajudei os outros ate ao limite das minhas capacidades. O que me frustrava imenso não puder ajudar alguém noutros tipos de casos que me apareciam. Diabetes, Problemas renais, Escleorose Multipla… Cancro… O CoRe Surge na minha vida, por acaso, na altura e momento certos, e desde essa altura que sei que toda a filosofia de vida que já tinha tem uma ferramenta que permite finalmente ultrapassar os limites antes impostos.
Passos que antes não poderia dar agora tornaram-se o “normal” do dia a dia. Conseguir ajudar efectivamente em casos que podem ir de uma simples constipação a um cancro.
Daqui surge muito mais que uma mera ferramenta para tratar o físico. Alias o equilíbrio que se procura é entre o físico o mental e o emocional para se mudar efectivamente a vida de uma pessoa. Só depois de conseguirmos esta base de apoio poderemos começar a fazer uma ligação com o Espiritual.
Este é um processo muito importante porque nos faz compreender a vida, quem somos e o que precisamos para a compreender. Isto é viver e respirar CoRe, dar o passo em frente a multidão separarmo-nos e destacarmo-nos, e descobrir a nossa verdadeira identidade, Quem Somos. E quando mais cedo conseguimos dar esta resposta a nos próprios “Quem sou eu?” mais depressa a nossa compreensão da Vida muda.
É nesta altura que conseguimos ter força suficiente em nós próprios enquanto terapeutas/pessoas para conseguir deixar uma marca profunda na vida de outro ser e dar-lhe força para que a mudança na sua vida ocorra.
Esta é a minha visão da Vida e como o equilíbrio interno de cada um pode trazer a força de mudança que todos nos necessitamos… um equilíbrio dentro de nos mesmos com as nossas 3 partes que nos compõe: o físico o mental e o emocional. Dentro deste equilíbrio conseguimos depois descobrir a nossa ligação com a outra parte que é o conjunto do Todo. A ligação com o Plano Espiritual.
Enquanto terapeuta é algo que eu tento fazer todos os dias com cada paciente. Ter a força dentro de mim capaz de fazer com que quem esta comigo se aperceba de como a Vida é muito mais do que as barreiras que foram criando em redor para criar uma sensação de segurança, sem se aperceberem que estão a fechar os olhos a todas as possibilidades. Muitas vezes acontece que apenas o que esta a acontecer é a pessoa apenas estar focada na doença ou no que lhe parece estar a complicar a vida… O que na realidade esta a acontecer é que a pessoa prefere por de parte as soluções pois dessa forma não há a necessidade de se sentir desconfortável e ter de quebrar essas barreiras, que na realidade são o que lhe esta a causar problema. É aqui que eu gosto de aplicar muito de mim, seja quebrando certos hábitos e pequenos como por exemplo uma mudança radical de dieta, pequenas frases que alteram todo o sentido como :
- “Viver o momento como se fosse o ultimo”
Eu digo para dizerem:
- “ Viver o momento como se fosse o primeiro”
Coisas tão simples e tão pequenas tem um impacto incrível e imenso o que nos acaba por dar uma base onde possamos estabelecer um ponto de partida. Com pequenos passos começamos a dar passos de gigante na verdadeira ajuda a quem está à nossa frente.
Os casos que apresentei em Caldas da Rainha no ultimo seminário são prova disso mesmo. Seja o caso do Antonio (cancro de pulmão), o caso da Maria Neves (Escleorose Multipla) ou o caso da Natividade (Total estagnação na vida com aparecimento de doença atrás de doença).
Estes foram apenas alguns dos meus casos. E Todos os dias me deixo apaixonar de novo pela capacidade que temos de tocar as vidas de cada um apenas com um sorriso, com um abraço, com um olhar…
Os meus casos de sucesso rondam a ordem dos 90%. Os Resultados tornam-se visíveis a partir do primeiro tratamento. Casos clinicamente testados e seguidos pela medicina alopatica. Não é isto que me faz ter certezas no que faço. O que me Faz ter esse sentido é ter a noção de quem sou e do que quero.
Sou Feliz e quero ajudar a pessoa que esta na minha Frente a ser Feliz também.

My way of being in life is also the way I do my business. With arms wide opened to everyone and being totally honest and sincere. My clinic’s doors are opened to everybody who wants to come in. People who work with me are also life a family and the ties that gather us are super strong.
What I can tell you about buying the CoRe System with me is: not only your doubts will be responded but also I will support you, and it will be a pleasure to have you with us in this family. This way of union that we feel and breathe can’t be denied because it’s too honest.

All my approach to heal is based on my own lifestyle. It became complicated not to do it when since I was 8, I did miracles every day.
Since I was 8 I instinctively knew that when someone was bad, with pain, especially bones/articulation pain, and at that age I was already able to manipulate the articulation in order to make them work well. Follow the way of physiotherapy was not a difficult choice. At the end of the course and with no answers to what I had always instinctively done, got an expertise in Osteopathy because it was closer to what I did.
I opened my clinic and always helped the other until the limit of my capacity. What frustrated me a lot was: not help the other cases that came to me. Diabetes, kidney problems, multiple sclerosis, cancer.
CoRe comes to my life by chance, at the right time, and since then I know that all the life philosophy I’ve already had one tool has and allows us to cross the limits we had before.
Steps that I couldn’t take now became ‘normal’ day by day. Get to help the cases can go from a simple flu until cancer. From there comes more than a simple tool to treat the physical part. By the way the balance we look for is among the physical, mental and emotional balance to really change a person’s life.
Only after getting this support base we can start doing the link to Spiritual.
This is a very important process because makes us understand life, who we are and what we need to understand. This is live and breathe CoRe, take the next step toward the crowd, be different, make the difference, and find out our real identity, Who we are. And sooner we get to give this answer to ourselves “Who am I?” sooner our understanding of life changes.
And then we get strong enough inside ourselves as therapists/people to do some deep difference in other people’s lives give them the strength in order to the change in their lives happen.

That’s my view of life and how each one’s the internal balance can bring the strong force of changing we all need…the balance inside ourselves with the parts that composes us: physical, mental and emotional. In this balance we get to find later our link to the other part which is the whole pack. The connection to the Spiritual.
As a therapist is something I try to do every day with all the patients. To be strong enough to be able to show the ones who are with me realize what life really is, and it’s bigger, way bigger than all the barriers that were being created to give the feeling of safety, and that’s why they don’t realize that maybe they’re closing their eyes to all the possibilities. Many times what happens is the person is only focused on the disease or on the complications in her life… What actually is happening is that that the person prefers ignoring the solutions, that way there’s no necessity of feeling uncomfortable and have to break these barriers, that are actually causing the problem. It’s here where I like to put a lot of myself, breaking some and small habits as a changing radical diet, shots sentences that change all the meaning as:
-“Live the moment like if it was the last one”
I tell them to say:
“Live the moment like if it was the first one”
Simple and small things have such a huge and amazing impact that happen to give us a base where we can establish a starting point. Taking small steps we start taking big ones on the true help to the ones in front of us.
The cases I presented in Caldas da Rainha on the last seminar are the real proof of this. Even Antonio’s case (lung cancer), Maria Neves’s case (multiple sclerosis), or the case of nativity (total stagnation of life what brings diseases after diseases).
These are only some of my cases. And every day I let myself fall in love with the capacity we have to touch other people’s lives, smiling, hugging, even only looking at them…
My sucssesful cases are about 90% of all of them. The results become visible from the first day of treatment. Clinically tested cases and watched by allopathic medicine. It’s not this that makes me be sure about what I do. What makes me feel like this is being aware of who I am and what I want.
I am happy and I want to help people around me to be happy too.
