Q: Your literature states that for the analysis the hand electrodes are only symbolic. Does this mean that they are actually not doing anything at all, but are a placebo pacifier? What do they do?
A: In version 4.0, Inergetix-CoRe analyzes informationally, so it does not use the electrodes to read the client. Many years ago, radionics showed that the thinking of 19th century physics, which holds that there can only be effects if there is a physical connection between cause and effect, is incorrect. As well as effects in Quantum mechanics, for almost a century radionics has been proving that a physical connection is not necessary as time and space are concepts of our mind and not invariant. On an informational level everything happens in a symbolic way; old traditions were very much aware of the power of symbols. Symbols work whether you believe in them or not; however the placebo effect is a combined effect of the belief of the client + the effect of the symbol in itself. Therefore connecting the client to the computer with the hand electrodes has a twofold effect; it increases the belief of the client + it symbolizes that you make a connection between the client and the computer. After the analysis, during the energetic balancing, the electrodes are used to transmit the frequencies.

Q: I'm not entirely sure what the A-Z Remedies database has that isn't included in the groups for Homeopathics, Sarcodes, Nosodes, Spagyric, Flower Essences?
A: The A-Z Remedies database comprises more than 10,000 natural remedies within the larger database that contains a further 15,000 homeopathic and other remedies. The 10,000 natural remedies are cross-linked with brand names of products that contain these substances via the Comprehensive Natural Medicines Database which comes with every CoRe System in the form of a book or a one-year online subscription. This is a complete listing of all natural remedies except those for Homeopathics, Sarcodes, Nosodes, Spagyric, Flower Essences, which are in separate groups in the Inergetix-CoRe System database.

Q: I have studied the I Ching for over 30 years but I am not quite sure exactly what you have in mind with this function. Can you elaborate on this?
A: In the I Ching you throw the coin or the straws one time and then read the results, but Inergetix-CoRe does this millions of times and then analyses the results with a particular mathematical approach called "Statistical Pattern Recognition Evaluation" to get more stable and representative results. There is a proverb, "One swallow does not make a summer", which means we need to see a certain recurring pattern to deduce any meaning from it. This is exactly what is done by the CoRe System for example with the concepts of the I Ching.

Q: We are getting closer to making a decision on purchasing a Inergetix-CoRe System, so what is the minimum specification for a laptop computer to get the most out of the system, and for later upgrading?
A: Please see our specifications on this website, under the page Product-Computer Requirements

Q: What is inversion mode?
A: We at Inergetix use Inversion Mode very rarely. We use it for example in cases of poison, for something which must be pumped out of the body. A reaction of the body, such as red skin, is a symptom. There is no sense in putting powder on red skin to make it white – that’s inversion; it is inverting the symptom of the illness, not the illness itself, and it leaves the problem there. An analogy would be when your car’s low-gas light comes on, if you were to tape over the gauge then you would be inverting the symptom. To address the problem and not simply the symptom, you need to put gas in the tank. The symptom of the problem is not the problem itself.

Q: What does Retain do, and when do I use it?
A: Retain keeps the groups you selected on the various tabs in the Database window, so that when you run another analysis in the Database window, you will see that the groups you used in your last analysis are still selected. Two examples of when you can use Retain are: when you want to compare results using different Treatment Aims (ie, constitutional or homeopathic mode) you retain the symptoms and selected group(s) and re-analyze using the different modes, and also if you want to build up a number of groups in something like the Emotional tab by adding one or more new groups when you run a new analysis.

Q: How do I choose the correct Treatment Aim in the DataBase window?
A: The default Treatment Aim is Balancing - Combination Mode, which is a combination of the other three modes. It is our default because it is the truly holistic aim. In certain cases, you might choose to select a different Treatment Aim, and the analysis results will vary accordingly; in one experiment when four people ran the same analysis using the four different aims, we found that the items with a value above 30-35 were much the same in all the results but the order of the items was different.
The Strengthening aim focuses on the client as a person, and looks for resonance between the client and the remedies.
The Supporting aim works in the opposite way to the Strengthening aim; it focuses on the symptoms, and looks for resonance between the remedies and the filters/symptoms.
The Neutralizing aim (Inversion Mode) looks at the pattern of the filters and inverts it, in much the same way that allopathic medicine would give an antacid to a client suffering from acid indigestion (to get rid of the symptom). An example of when it would be used is when a client has been poisoned and the poison needs to be removed from the body.
Note: You can only change the Treatment Aim when the Evaluation Mode is Long-term.

Q: What does the 1:1 button do, in the Imprint window?
A: If you select 1:1 in the Imprint window, there is no homeopathic potentizing and you are using the original tincture.

Q: What is the 'd' potency in the Imprint window?
A: The 'd' potency is the German equivalent of the 'x' potency some of us are more familiar with.

Q: Why do the potency scan and the suggested duration change so much if I click them again?
A: This is because duration and potency are about quantity, which is not a property of the informational realm and thus can not really be measured by an informational system. Although the system does check for resonance when you use the Suggestion Duration and Potency Scan buttons, duration and potency are not important when you are working on the informational level. The reason that you may notice more success with longer durations is simply that herbs and organs have times of greater and lesser activity and therefore receptivity (think of the Chinese body clock) - a longer duration is more likely to coincide with these times.
Nonetheless, if you want to find resonance with a potency, you could do this via custom remedy trays. One way would be to create your own custom remedy tray of potencies - and run that with the 'symptom' of (for example) "Nux vomica for xxxxx" (with xxxx being the original symptom).

Q: Can I control the potency of a remedy?
A: In the Imprint window, in the Selected Potency text box, you can actually write in any potency you want.
Also, you can potentize an individual item via the Remedy Trays window (this is separate from using the Potency Scan in the Imprint window) by using the long white text box in the remedy tray window; effectively you add a potentized remedy as a custom item via the Remedy Trays window. You can then give a particular potency of a homeopathic remedy in an informational balancing (ie, via the AutoTreat or Treatments windows); if you want to imprint a tray containing such an item, but don't want to further potentize it, in the Imprint window click the 1:1 button.

Q: Although the percentages in the Indicators window are low, often my patients don't seem to have a problem with the systems that have low values.
A: Although the graphs that you see via any of the Indicators buttons have the usual average resonance at 0-35 and significant values above 30-35 (either positive or negative), the percentages shown in the white text boxes on the Indicators window have an average of 50; anything below about 35 would be the equivalent of a significant negative value, and anything above about 65 would be the equivalent of a significant positive value. This means that you are looking for ideal values (average resonance) here - in this part of the system only - of 50; anything between 40 and 60 is average. 30 is the lowest value you can receive. This means taht the significant systems are those with a value of 30 or 70, 80, 90, or 100.

Q: My patients don't have the diseases that the disease indicators say they have.
A: No result says that the client has or does not have the item, or needs or does not need it. In the informational realm, which is what CoRe looks at, there is no 'have'/'have not' because everything is connected and therefore has no beginning or end and can not be measured. If something can not be measured, there is no quantity or has/hasn't.
There are many more reasons for resonance than direct cause, which is the first reason for resonance. The diseases that are shown as resonant in this group are not necessarily the diseases that somebody has - the twelve reasons for resonance that apply elsewhere also apply here; so a disease may show up because it is a tendency under great stress, or it is in the client's environment, or one or more of the symptoms of the disease are resonating with the client, or the location of the disease is resonating and pointing to the liver for example, or the eye, and so on.
There is more on the reasons for resonance on the page Background/CoRe System Theory/Resonance.
